This is a great example of early-20th Cent. family - mansion built by excesive structure of stone - wood and iron, to house a famous growing family of local seamen ("efoplistes") and later abundoned due to their re-location abroad (in Central Europe) until it ended to the latest owners. It is really spread on 3 storreys - the basement having separate entrance from the yard and the municipal paveway outside, and the 2 upper floors used for all the housing uses (+ serving staff) and covered by a clay-tiled inclined roof structure. A 2nd entrance right on the middle floor - the house - is connecting to a higher municipal road. Thus the whole mansion is on a steep inclined ground-plot, leaving some open yards on each level. It needs a weel-planned renovation, that we can also provide as an Architect - Engineer Planning & Consulting Office we are (together with Real Estate Agency)- ANDRIATTICA Ltd.
