THE KISSAKAS MAISONETTES IN MELANA / TYROS / LEONIDION On a 5.260 m2 site with the pebble beach of Kissakas as its eastern boarder and dramatic, breathtaking views to the sea we built a group of 6 maisonettes (living units on two or three levels with own court, terrace and/or garden and parking), with sizes 66-110 m2 and 2-4 bedrooms. There are several traditional villages and monasteries in the area (Kosmas, Prastos, Kastanitsa), which can be reached by car within an hour, and the famous archaeological sites of Monemvasia, Geraki, Mystras, Nafplion, Mycaene, Epidaurus can be visited on a day trip. Excursions to the islands of Spetses and Hydra are also possible by boat taxi. The owner relations are regulated by the Greek law. Each one of the 6 owners also has lawful rights to a percentage of the whole of the land according to the legal contract and has a right to exclussive use of a garden next to his/her house according to an internal regulation.
