The House is located in a small Greek Village called Galaxidi, which is in the prefecture of Fokida (Central Greece). Galaxidi, is approximately a 3 hour drive from Athens and is accessible by bus. It is also very close to Itea, Amfissa (the Capital of the Prefecture), Delphi, Arachova (20 minutes drive to the local Ski Centre) close to Nafpaktos and Patras. Galaxidi is a traditional Fishing Village and was at some point a major Port. The village has maintained its original architecture making it very picturesque. It has various little coves, along side the forest. These coves are smaller in size than normal beaches, but the provide privacy and are easily accessible, both by foot, bicycle or of course car. The Village also has Mini Markets/ Vegetable & Fruit stores/ Bakeries / Cafes-Bars/ Restaurants / DVD stores/ Clothes Stores/ etc and of course a local pharmacy &doctors. The entire property is 415 sq. m (250 sp m = 2 houses) It consists of two houses (one main and one guest house), a storage room and two gardens. The Main house is accessible by a side street and the gate opens onto an enclosed Garden.The walk way leads up to the main house and the outside patio/sitting area. The Garden has Olive trees, lemon trees, pomegranate tree, two vines and various other plants. The ground floor of the building has, a Master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a kitchen, dining room, a living room with a fireplace and an office/library. Downstairs there is a living room, kitchen & bathroom.
