Our building is 5000square meters in a land of 8000 square meters at the east part of Thessaloniki near airport and the Mediteranean Cosmos shopping center. It is located in a suburb named Thermi, near to Regency Kazino and many well named hotels. It is right in the industrial park of Thermi and the external ring road which is going to pass right in front of our building. The building is separated in three departments communicating with internal doors(3x3) and also it has two levels which are both approachable for big trucks. A part of the building is for the moment rent by the coca cola company which is about 3 klms away from our building so we have their marketing team here. The building can be rent to many companies at the same time as you can seperate it or can be a trade center as it has plenty space for parking. Also it can be a factory (electricity establisment is for a factory) or be used as a very well equipted logistics center. If you are interested wait to here also about the price. All building around are sold 1000 per meter. We want just 400 euro per meter which is much more cheaper if you think that you have 3000 meters land. There is also a fencing with wall all around the land and solar lights in the building and the building has the fire departments certificate.
