This lovely new villa is in one of the best locations on Kea, within easy reach of Athens airport. The island of Kea (also known as Tzia) is located just an hour away from the port of Lavrio which is 30' from the airport and an hour from the centre of Athens. A daily trip to Athens for sightseeing or business is made easy by the frequent ferries to an from Kea in the summer months. The villa is in a raised position overlooking the sheltered harbour of Vourkari, a traditional port of call for yachts and motor cruisers. Although it's relatively small, there is a vibrant selection of tavernas, shops and of bars within walking distance to provide you with everything you need for your holiday. It takes about 5' to walk via the path that starts from the house and ends at the church yard, just another 5 minutes walk to all the tavernas and shops. There is also a road that takes you right in front of the house. There are the beautiful beaches of Otzias and Yialiskari both with good tavernas which are a 10' minute drive. The sun sets right in front of the house and the views are breathtaking. The house has four bedrooms that sleep 2 people each and 3 bathrooms, 2 en suite. There is a sitting room with a fireplace, open plan kitchen with breakfast table. The swimming pool is located on the upper outside level and there are four teak sunloungers, a dining table that sits 10, a stone barbeque and a big traditional stone sofa with cushions. There is another veranda with a sofa and a table that sits 4. The lower level veranda has ample space for relaxing and also a trampoline.
