The Villa is located in Gastouri,in a quiet territory near to Achilion palace which was made by Austria princess Sissy.There is a bus station about 500 metres and there is a school there.The sea is about 15 minutes walking,the airport is 6 km and the Corfu town 7km.It's near to Achilion palace in a very queit region the enviroment of the villa are trees between 80 olive trees (we make about 140 kilos of extra virgin olive oil every year),60 lemon trees, orange, AVOCADO etc. there are wells 12 m from which 8 are in water.Near there is located and the basketball court. The fencing is new (2009) and all electrics and pluming are also new.In the villa there are 3 floors.In the ground there is an independet house with 1 bedroom, living room,kichen and bathroom. Also in ground floor is the first floor of the villa with the big kitchen(also new 2009),the very large living room with the xlarge fireplace and a wc.In second floor the are the big master bedroom with its own fireplace and the large veranda with spetacular sea view and the achilion palace (mountain view),the bathroom,a gardrobe and a second room.The other bedroom have its own bathroom and also another room.
