This is a house which intelligent configuration of its areas makes it to be functional all year around. During its construction were used very good materials and decoration has been done with minimal but modern style, which makes it easily adapted to individual taste.It is a unique property, in one of the best areas of Rhodes, Pastida, which ensures to the owner peace and quiet but it is also very close to the center of Rhodes, where somebody can find all the amenities and services can desire.This house was built in 2008, and it consists of a ground floor, first floor and a loft that can be used as help space for the household, an office, but also as a guest room, as it has ample space and windows that have sufficient natural lighting and ventilation. The main bathroom consists of two basins, thus serving two people simultaneously, and a large whirlpool tub-type cabin, giving a better feel. Finally, the exterior areas of the house, both front and back, have nicely shaped in order to finish and external appearance of the property. As shown in the pictures there is enough space to park 2 cars in the outdoor entrance, protected by an electric gate.
